All the seed selected for turf production is from the very latest grass varieties (see turf data pdfs), proven in trials for their performance, disease resistance, sward colour, cleanness of cut, density and low environmental impact.

Turf Irrigation

An integrated irrigation system was installed at the farm several years ago ensuring consistent quality and availability of the turf.

Jubilee Turf is grown for a minimum of 15 - 18 months (without the aid of reinforcement netting) on some of the coarsest free-draining sandy soils in the country. This means that the turf is strong, easy to handle, mature and in prime condition for easy laying. Turf grown on sandy soils will establish onto a wider range of soil types than turf grown on any other soil type and given the same treatment will have a longer lifespan
