Adult and young bumblebees are totally
dependent on a good supply of pollen and
nectar. NL23 100% Flora mixture contains
a range of their favourite plants.
The wildflowers that bees need have
become scarce in the countryside due
to the pressures of agriculture and if
only we could encourage every
gardener to have just a few of these
plants in their gardens, the plight
of the bumblebee would be reduced
drastically. If you want your
vegatables and flowers pollinated,
then bumblebees are the very best
insects for this. Sow the seeds directly
in the soil where they are to grow in
spring or autumn. This mix is ideal
for incorporating into borders.
