Environmentally acceptable, Non-Corrosive, Non-Toxic, Non Staining Urea based Icemelt granules
Ideal for de-icing:-
Shopping Centres, Car Parks, Railway Platforms, Pedestrian Bridges, Pathways, Driveways, Trading Estates, Bus Depots, Taxi Ranks and many more situations
Effective to -11C compared to salt -5C
Application:- Remove heavy deposits of snow or slush and spread icemelt evenly preferably using a spreader (see Ev-n-Spred 2000AP, 2600A+, 2050P, 2170)
Storage:- Once opened store in adry place to keep product free-flowing
Health & Safety:-
1. Essentially non-hazardous and no-toxic but take sensible precautions
2. Avoid eye contact
3. Prolonged contact with skin may cause dryness
4. Wear suitable gloves and face protection when handling this material
5. Remove contaminated clothing immediately
6. Wash hands and exposed skin before eating
7. Could be harmful if swallowed
8. Keep out of reach of children
Pack Sizes: 10 and 25kg plastic bags and 20kg plastic tubs
Application rates depend on temperature and depth of snow/ice, but suggest the following:-
50-55 gms/sq m for light icing
75-100gms/sq m for heavy snow/ice and below average temperatures
