The Menu of Operations includes:

 | Decompaction 1. Surface scarification- Verticutting
2. Decompaction of soil substrata down to 200mm. This is the optimum depth to relieve sub-surface compaction and is also sufficiently shallow to avoid disturbance of many underground services that may have been installed over the years.

 | Aeration/Seeding 3. Hollow coring and application of ameliorants such as topdressings, growth stimulants and soil conditioners.
4. Over-sowing with specifically designed seed mixtures and ensuring that the seed is placed at the optimum depth for rapid germination and the fastest establishment to minimise the our-of-use time.
