Plants fed with Turf Smart are more robust, healthier and more tolerant to environmental stresses including heat stress, cold stress and drought. Turf Smart enhances root mass development, increases nitrogen assimilation, encourages earlier, longer tillering and greener, broader leaves. Turfsmart enhances soil microbial activity improving nutrient availability and soil structure.
Turf Smart is a free-flowing, small crumb, plant establishment feriliser/biostimulant. 100% All natural slow release fertiliser is made with a blend of plant-based and mineral ingredients. This scientifically balanced and homogenous fertiliser also contains natural plant biostimulants including cytokinin and triacontanol as well as microbial stimulation for quicker NPK breakdown and improved soil quality.
Uses: Residential turfgrass, professional turfgrass, golf courses, sports pitches, parks and commercial landscape. Flower beds, shrubs, ornamentals, transplanting and in environmentally sensitive areas such as around: lakes and watercourses, Fish ponds, Children's playgrounds, around pets and livestock, Hopsitals and schools,.
Application directions: Turfgrass:
Pre-Seeding/Turfing: 5kg/100sq.m (50gsm): Spring/Summer: 5kg/100sq.m (50gsm); Autumn: 5kg/100sq.m (50gsm) Turfsmart should ideally be sued as part of a complete turf-feeding system as frequency and rates may change depending on soil and environmental conditions
Established trees, ornamentals, shrubs: Topdress and work in, if possible around the base of plant, 120ml (1/2 cup) per foot of drip-line circumference of plant.
Gardens: Spread and till 10-15kg/100sq.m (100-150gsm) before or at planting. Topdress 3kg/100sq.m (30gsm) every 60days.
Roses: Apply 250ml (1 cup) every month from spring to September
